Subscription Policy

 

Some items in our store may be offered as subscription purchases. This policy explains how subscription orders work and how you may manage them.

 

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries at the frequency selected at checkout. Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged on the renewal date prior to each shipment unless you cancel beforehand. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may manage your subscription at any time through your customer account portal, including:

• Changing delivery frequency
• Skipping a shipment
• Updating shipping information
• Updating payment information
• Canceling your subscription

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, changes or cancellations must be made before your renewal date. Once a subscription order has processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please review our Refund Policy for additional details.
