Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to purchase. From time to time, Teefpaste may offer free shipping promotions or minimum order thresholds. Any applicable shipping promotions will be reflected at checkout.

 

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Teefpaste is not responsible for delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping provider.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Teefpaste is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Teefpaste is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

 

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are processed automatically on the renewal date selected at checkout. Changes must be made prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.
